Hi, I’m Georgie Chambers

Coach. Educator. Athlete. Mentor. Traveller. Speaker. And someone who believes there is so much more to becoming a great athlete than what happens when the whistle blows.

For more than a decade, I've worked with young people and athletes across schools, sporting clubs and competitive environments, as a teacher, coach, facilitator and athlete myself.

My understanding of performance and wellbeing has been built through lived experience, formal study and thousands of conversations with young people navigating pressure, confidence, identity and the expectations that come with sport.

SPORT TAUGHT ME THE PERSON MATTERS.

I competed as a National level springboard diver, and had a keen interest in club level tennis, AFL, volleyball and swimming. When I graduated school, I then went on to coach across all of these sports and a number of others too.

I've worked as a HPE teacher, Head of Diving, Head of Volleyball and Sport Coordinator, including a year at a country school where I was immersed in county sport and ran their Sports Program. I have led athletes to State and National Championships, and built a diving club from the ground up.

Alongside this, I've studied Teaching, Counselling, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Life Coaching, with further training across sports coaching, yoga and breathwork, and 3 years on the prevention and awareness team at the Butterfly Foundation.

It's given me a pretty unique toolbox.

But the biggest thing I've learnt is simple:

The athlete is a person first.

And if we want young people to thrive in sport, we have to support the human underneath the performance.

LIFE HAS TAUGHT ME TOO.

I'm deeply curious about people and the world around me.

I love to travel, explore, try things that scare me, be the beginner and deliberately stretch my comfort zone.

I've taken risks. Changed direction. Started again. Got things wrong. Learnt to back myself.

And I bring that same philosophy into my work.

I don't want young people to simply become successful at what they do. I want them to become confident enough to create lives that actually feel like theirs.

WHY KINETIC CONNECTIONS?
After years of teaching, coaching and working alongside young people, I kept coming back to one thing:

Connection changes everything.

Connection to yourself.
Connection to your thoughts and emotions.
Connection to your people.
Connection to what matters.

That's what Kinetic Connections exists to build.

Not perfect athletes.

Not teenagers who never doubt themselves.

But young people with the mental and emotional skills to navigate pressure, back themselves, learn from failure and know that who they are is so much bigger than what they achieve. I help athletes RISE!

Recognise

Interpret

Shift

Embody

That's the work.

And honestly?

I absolutely love it.
