For parents whose daughters doubt themselves, get stuck in negative thinking and put so much pressure on themselves that they can’t do what they used to do with ease.
Building Confident Girls In A World Of Comparison

Your daughter doubts herself, even though she’s capable and doing well
She gets stuck in negative loops: replaying mistakes, assuming the worst, comparing herself to everyone
She’s under so much pressure (from herself) that she freezes or struggles with skills she used to find easy
She needs everything to go “right” and it’s hard for her to let go
You’re worried about her, you don’t know what to say, and you want answers
THIS WEBINAR IS FOR YOU IF…
The girls who doubt themselves the most are often the ones working the hardest. But when she’s constantly comparing herself, holding herself to a standard no one else is asking for and bracing for the next mistake, her mind gets so full that she can’t access what she knows she can do.
So she gets stuck. She second-guesses. She tries to control everything so nothing can go wrong, and the harder she grips, the harder it gets.
And you’re watching on, wanting to help, but unsure what to say, or whether what you’re saying is making it better or worse.
IT’S NOT A LACK OF ABILITY, IT’S THE CONVERSATION HAPPENING IN HER HEAD
This is the heaviest time of year for a teen girl…
November and December bring exams, reports, end-of-season results and selections, feelings of ‘summer body’, plus everyone else’s highlight reel. For a girl who is already hard on herself, it’s the peak of pressure and comparison.
Waiting until it passes means starting 2027 with the same loops. A few shifts now can change how she finishes the year, how she rests over summer and how she walks into the new one.
WHY NOW?

What You Will Walk Away With
-
Why high-achieving girls get stuck in self-doubt, comparison and control, and why it makes sense.
-
Practical questions and phrases to help her reset when she’s stuck in a loop, without adding to the pressure.
-
A simple roadmap to uplift her. The steps to build her self-belief and self-trust at home, including what to say (and skip) before and after big moments.
-
How to steady your own worry so you’re calm for her, and feel less alone.
Not just tools to support her, but ways to support yourself too!
Over time, the girls I work with move from:
FROM
Doubting herself
Stuck in negative loops
Overwhelmed by pressure
Needing to control every outcome
TO
Believing in her own ability
Able to reset and move on
Feeling lighter and freer
Trusting herself to handle what comes
